SALISBURY, Mass. - Aug. 11, 2019 - Please join me as I explore a local beach resort area in Northern Massachusetts. Salisbury has beautiful beaches which includes a amusement area, restaurants and a State Reservation with day passes and camping.

Along the route to the beaches you will find Motels, campgrounds/RV Parks and newly built townhomes and condos. The town is putting lots of effort into creating a refreshed resort area and there are several interesting properties for sale such as the one I am featuring.

According to Roadarch.com Foote's Ice Cream was around since the 1940's and the current building was built in the 1960's and is similar to The Holiday Inn Motor Inn and Ice Cream Stand in Dennis Port, MA. "The owner at Foote's believes that the design of their stand was copied from Holiday Hill. The butterfly roof at this stand has high-hat lighting underneath. Foote's serves typical drive-in fare in addition to ice cream"

According to the listing information this property has been for sale for almost 10 years and is currently not in use. From my experience, the business has not been in operation for many years.

The property is just minutes from the beach on the main beach access road with lots of tourist and local traffic. In addition to the structure, there is plenty of parking and a quaint wooded area with picnic tables, lots of room to bring your ideas!
