KDR Consulting, based in southwest Atlanta, specializes in marketing strategies, project management and strategic development for cities, businesses, and organizations. The firm provides marketing, branding, developmental training, strategic planning, and public relations. Led by Kervance Ross, the KDR team brings more than 70 years of experience to the City of College Park.
