LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - Aug. 1, 2019 - Alter Domus, a fully integrated Fund and Corporate services provider, today announces that Lisa Crawley has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Alter Domus Group. Lisa will be responsible for Alter Domus' operations across the globe and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Aidan Connolly. Lisa will also become a member of the Group Executive Board.

Before joining Alter Domus, Lisa served as Director of Business Support at Worldpay in the UK for seven years, where she designed and established a customer-centric, value-driven centre of excellence supporting several million payments a day, via 300 payment methods in 126 currencies across 146 countries.

In her new role, Lisa will focus on:

Promoting solutions on a global scale, whilst acting for our clients with the nimbleness and agility of a local partner

Increasing the use of automation, digitalisation and other initiatives to support greater efficiency and innovation

Engaging and motivating colleagues to deliver excellent service to clients through greater diversity
