LOS ANGELES - July 19, 2019 - The BEST Foundation is officially launching the Spotlight Project in support of music programs for youth in secondary education. The Spotlight Project is one of the BEST Foundation's pilot project. The BEST Foundation will offer free music instruction to students seeking private lessons after school launching initially in the state of California.
The Spotlight Project has targeted schools in the Bay Area and LA County area where private music lessons are not affordable or available to them.
