Young Ones United, in conjunction with their 10-year anniversary, is hosting their third Semi-annual “The Art of Scotch Tasting” fundraiser on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 7:30 pm at the Metropolitan Arts Institute, located in central Phoenix, at 1700 N 7th Ave #100, Phoenix, AZ 85007. The one-night event gives participants an opportunity to enjoy fine dining and libations, and all for a worthy cause.
Guests will be served five (5) single-malt scotches from a private collection of over 150 bottles. Each 1/2 ounce sample will be paired with a specially selected complementary hors d’ oeuvre.
To elevate the experience, Bill and Heather Cahoon, the event hosts, will share their knowledge and help the guests to gain a better understanding of the various distilleries and regions in Scotland that produce their own unique flavors.
This year’s silent auction/raffle will take place before, during, and shortly after the tasting. There will be opportunities to bid on items such as dinners, scotch, entertainment, and much more. If you have a product or service you would like to donate for the silent auction, send an email to Young Ones United at YoungOnesUnited@Gmail.com with the details of your donation.
Seats are expected to fill up quickly for this fun and exciting event so please RSVP, before the seats are gone. They are capping attendance at 50 people. Tickets are $25 per person in advance.
Send your RSVP to YoungOnesUnited@Gmail.com and a payment link will be sent directly for processing. All proceeds benefit Young Ones United (www.youngonesunited.com).
