eVolve Restaurant, located in Seabrook Texas, features fresh seafood, boutique meats, and local farm fresh produce. The name eVolve comes from Chef/Owner Adam Scott’s vision of what a restaurant menu should be – ever eVolving with the seasons, farmers and ingredients at their peak of freshness
In keeping with the eVolve Theme, Chef Adam remodeled the previously burned Royal Mediterranean, giving it a new lease and purpose. The patio is designed to relax and enjoy the breeze and wonderful sights that Seabrook has to offer in a casual and friendly setting. Inside, you will find a clean, crisp and tasteful interior design. While focusing on the menu and food, Chef Adam decided to minimize the dining room’s ambiance on guests, allowing them to focus on the food, service and overall experience that is eVolve Restaurant.
Reservations are encouraged but not required (with the exception of the Grand Opening Dinner), and the dress code is simply “Tasteful and Comfortable.” Chef Adam has removed all pretenses from ‘Fine Dining’ without removing the quality, freshness and artful presentation of only the best ingredients available.
