Timothy Flyersgy86 is a What A Fan Nominee for Sports Fan Of the Year in NHL.

From the What A Fan Website it reads...

Sports fans have been an important part of the explosive success both collegiate and professional athletics has enjoyed. In 2013 a recognition award show was created to honor fans and their contribution to the sports industry it's called the What A Fan Awards. Its been held in Orlando Florida but will be relocated to Los Angeles California in 2016. Over the coming weeks we're going to introduce you to some of the countries most devoted fans of all genres of sports in their own words.

Timothy is one of these awesome fans being honored. They always say everyone nominated is honored. What A Fan makes that absolutely clear. Three days goes to honor the fans and for fans who arrive early and check out late it can last over a week.

Timothy is an incredible Flyers fan. He lives through the Black and Orange. Since 1986 he has pledge his allegiance to the team. His team is his life and he goes with his father. It's a family event. He sat with his family to watch his Flyers with an overwhealming comeback over the Bruins in 2010.

Director Of Digital Marketing, Bob Fitzgerald had this to say, " I watched the Flyers in the Broad Street Bullies days. I am partial and this guy is a brother. We love all teams at What A Fan, but no lie, I am Flyers through and throu and had nothing to do with this nominee, but I won't deny I am proud."
