Works on Broadway House in Bromley will start on levels 1 to 4 setting out the apartment walls and creating the rooms. Following that the next three months plan will consist of the following:

· The fire retarding will be applied to floors 1-7 on the 7-story block and common areas (forward section of the building).

· Demolishment of the existing exit stairs has begun as well as installation of additional foundations and installing the relevant floor structures.
