YES (Young Entrepreneur Society) Group is a Project Based Learning Experience Company based in Las Vegas, NV in which a group of talented, driven young adults age 14-17, learn by doing. They are given the opportunity to have a hands approach and gain experience in the business world in a way they never thought possible by running a real, fully functioning media marketing agency, working collaboratively with assigned roles as team members of YES Group. These young adults offer a fresh outlook on the old business model. The YES Group team focus on Business Marketing, Event Marketing, and Entertainment Marketing. They create memorable experiences that will make their partners seen and heard. They orchestrate the best events for their clients to connect them to the right audience and for them get to know who they are.

YES Group’s single focus is building successful businesses with an enthusiastic ‘YES We Can’ Attitude. YES Group has created an environment so every client feels secure and that their vision becomes a profitable reality. Many companies have failed because they are out of touch with today’s culture; YES Group plans to make sure that never happens to any one of their partners. YES Group members have already been placed in an environment rich with culture and creativity. The team members hail from an environment of art, music, language, academia, and creative talents. They jumped at the opportunity to build a team. They understand that it takes more than one person to make up a team and that each member has a vital role.

YES Group was created to educate young adults about becoming entrepreneurs, Most inner city youth don't have the opportunity to learn about creating a business until after college if they ever do. Learning about creating a mock business in institutional learning environments is not really that effective. People underestimate today's youth but YES Group sees the potential in the next generation and is giving them the opportunity to shape a better and brighter future in business. YES Group teaches young adults the proper way to build and maintain a business at an early age so that they may have a positive impact on society later on in their life. School doesn’t teach the students how to achieve success in the workplace, and that is why today’s youth needs to be educated on how to lead themselves and others to become the role models for future generations.
