Batch 18 of India’s Top Executive Coaching Certification Program to Begin in July

CHENNAI, India -- A premier executive coaching institution, Coaching Foundation India, has been working with CEOs for nearly a decade now. A program offered to only a chosen few every year, CFI’s PGPEC has over the years become the most respected, sought after and industry approved CEO Coach Certification program in the country today.

Primarily focused on helping C-Suite leaders to make a seamless transition to a coaching career, the program enables participants to develop solid competencies in coaching and build the confidence to undertake paid coaching assignments upon certification.

Comprising of reflective and collaborative learning sessions, reviews and supervised internships, the ten-month program also includes a public viva voce. Based on a system of continuous assessment against CFI’s coaching competency mode, participants get evaluated for their readiness to become coaches and on that basis receive their certification. A CFI Certification helps them launch their coaching practice with confidence.

Typically enrolees for the program are business leaders in their own right. And taking up a coaching career lets them leverage their skills and experience and also help deliver measurable outcomes for businesses and individuals. By providing a fresh perspective on challenges, an executive coach helps their coachees improve productivity, enhance their decision-making skills and attain relevant goals.

As aptly elaborated by an alumnus of PGPEC, Chand Das, CEO of ITC’s education and stationary products business, “I enrolled for the CFI program because I felt I could leverage my business leadership experience as wells as my interest in developing people to their full potential. And I chose CFI because it has a great leadership team, a great pedagogy and also a great brand image in the world of coaching. And post qualification CFI helped me win my first coaching assignment and I have benefitted a great deal from the experience.”

Chand Das is just one of the C-Suite executives to become a certified executive coach through CFI’s PGPEC. The program is renowned for assisting participants in efficiently traversing the path towards excellence in coaching. And what sets it apart is the close-knit peer network and CFI’s commitment to ensure that their coaches regularly receive practise coaching assignments to sharpen their skills.

While speaking about the program, Ganesh Chella, Executive Vice Chairman of Coaching Foundation India, stated, “Since its inception CFI has played a pioneering role in popularising Executive Coaching in the country. Our program is intended to create high calibre executive CEO Coaches of global standing who can coach CEOs and other senior leaders and also build a sound and sustainable coaching practice.”

Scheduled to start in July, Batch 18 of CFI’s Post Graduate Program in Executive Coaching (PGPEC) is open for all top executives who are looking for an industry recognised certificate in executive coaching.
