These email applications commonly come from several job boards.

The new module, Spring, parses fields in a particular job post from third party job boards and maps to jobs within Calibrace. This permits the recruiter to not just post jobs in 3rd party sites with fewer clicks, but also directly ties the job to Calibrace. Any mail generated when a candidate files his job application is parsed by the system instead of bombarding recruiters with thousands of emails.
