Rey Roca joins Sebesta as a senior project manager. He founded Profile Consultants 13 years ago in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. During his 20 years of experience in the industry, his work has involved design, project management, construction management, and commissioning services. His body of work crosses various sectors, including hospitality, commercial, aviation, federal, healthcare, and higher education.

Carlos Castro joins Sebesta as an engineering drafter. He has 7 years of experience working with computer-aided drafting and design applications. He has been exposed to various engineering and architectural disciplines from design through construction. His project experience includes work with facilities and transportation projects where he created construction and as-built record drawings.
