He particularly talked about Nestle, Swiss Airlines and Alibaba etc. He described how these companies turned the tables through effective application of operational excellence and transformed from bankrupt entities to some of the most profitable organizations in their respective industries.

Prof. Carlos Cordon also explained operational excellence as a six step process starting from coaching your workers to vigorously following and measuring the results of the initiative for at least 3-5 months. He also demonstrated with examples how to practically implement operational excellence and overcoming challenges that come in the way.
