BAYTOWN, Texas -- Secret shower singers and one-of-a-kind fashionistas, take heart. You can sing and shop your heart out at two events taking place at San Jacinto Mall the weekend of February 7-8, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Karaoke Night — Saturday, February 7, 5pm – 8pm. Early Registration: 4:30pm
Belt out a ballad or rock your sweetheart’s world at Karaoke Night, Saturday, February 7, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in San Jacinto Mall’s Food Court. First, second and third place winners will be awarded Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo tickets. Early registration for Karaoke Night begins at 4:30 p.m. Entrants must be at least 14 years old to register. A parent must be present to sign waiver if under 18 years old.
Sweetheart Market — Saturday, February 7, 10am-9pm & Sunday, February 8, Noon-6pm
Love the idea of giving or wearing a handmade treasure for Valentine’s Day, but don’t have the time or talents? San Jacinto Mall’s two-day Sweetheart Market will feature original accessories, apparel, jewelry and other handicrafts created by local artisans and craftsmen. The Sweetheart Market will be open Saturday, February 7, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, February 8, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Booths will be located in the mall’s Food Court as well as in the Macy’s and JCPenney Corridors.
