The Josie Network is proud to announce that its licensed radio station "Country Blast Radio" has been nominated in the Nashville Universe Awards for Radio Station of the Year. Country Blast Radio also just received notification that the station has been nominated for Internet Station of the Year in the New Music Weekly Awards. That is two nominations at the top of 2015 for Country Blast Radio. Josie Passantino is thrilled to receive a nomination for Radio Personality of the Year in the Nashville Universe Awards.

There is no slowing down in sight for Josie Passantino and her team. The Josie Network continues to expand and currently consists of Country Blast Radio, The Award Winning Josie Show, Josie Show Special Edtions, Josie Show VIP Memberships, The 2015 Josie Show/Country Blast Radio Award Event Spectacular, and Josie Passantino Music.

Here is what Josie had to say when asked about all of the nominations: "We are all so excited about the nominations this year and winning Most Indie Friendly Radio Show last year in the Independent Country Music Association Awards for The Josie Show. It is a real honor for us and I hope it means that we are doing a good job doing what we love to do, which is help artists, actors, and actresses get their work out to as many people to enjoy as possible. I am following my dream path which has always been to help in any way I can as others pursue their dreams. I feel like the more ways I grow the Josie Network the more ways I will have to help the great talents I come in contact with. I thank everyone so much for tuning in to our shows and station and for all of the support they constantly give all year long. I have the most amazing listeners, friends, family, and team."


The Josie Show debuted in 2009 and started what would later begin the Josie Network. Through the Josie Show and several other shows Josie has participated in she has conducted over 850 interviews in her near 6 year career so far in radio (Josie started at the young age of 14). Country Blast Radio went live on the air in February 2013 in celebration of Josie's 18th birthday. The network has continued to grow adding several different divisions on and there are many more planned for the future.
