SAN MARCOS, Texas -- Heath Herrera, owner of HH Fitness, Inc., was recently selected as a host site for the New Year New You 21-Day NATIONAL Detox Challenge (https://uh108.isrefer.com/go/2015NationalDetox/HHFitness/). The 21-Day Challenge is a cooperative effort of a group of top fitness coaches from around the country who want to make America strong, slim and sexy in 2015.

The 21-Day Detox Challenge was originally created by husband and wife team, Justin and Janell Yule, owners of Chanhassen Fitness Revolution in Chanhassen, MN. They’ve personally coached over 2000 people through the program and the results have been nothing short of shocking. “Besides weight loss ranging from 7 - 21 pounds and multiple clothing sizes being lost, we’ve seen quality of life improvements like better sleep, elimination of hot flashes, people getting off medication, reduced acne, more energy, better moods, and so much more,” says Janell Yule, author of the 21-Day Detox Challenge and Chief Nutrition Officer of Chanhassen Fitness Revolution.
