James McGhee fights for his son and against accusations of false abuse

HOUSTON -- Reported by Michael Busby of Busby & Associates, P.C.

James McGhee, is a father who has spent three years searching for his son. After hiring a private investor, He tracked down his wife to a Houston, Texas address. His wife who is a 10th grade dropout (as eFather Accusation of Sexual Misconuct " Ruled Out" By Child Protective services, Yet Still Denid Contact OR Gift Exchange with His Sonvidenced in court documents), was working odd jobs, it was hard to find her via employment sources. His 7 year child son was in a home school program, with mom as the administrator and teacher. School records could not tell him where she had disappeared with his son. She had an extensive criminal record, but it was over 7 years since her last conviction and she was not on probation or parole. Finally, with a local private investor, Patty James Investigations, He was able to get an address. Attempts were made at service, but she dodged them all. Then, she obtained counsel through Aids to Victims of Domestic Abuse. Then start the accusations. She states 3 years ago he sexually assaulted his son. Sometime in the last three years, she had called Child Protective Services, but CPS could find, James, and so closed the case administratively, with no findings. She renews the claims this September 2014 in front of Judge in the 311th District Court of Harris County, Texas under Cause Number 2013-77399 In the Matter of James McGhee and Veronica McGhee. They produce a counselor who says that she believes the child on the record at a temporary orders hearing on September 18th 2014. This counselor (Faith Stone) admits she never met James, and knows nothing of my wife’s extensive criminal history, history with Child Protective Services (she was raised by CPS) mental health issues, and she states that "James should not be able to see his son at all". During her testimony, it is disclosed that both James's wife and her current boyfriend (who has a felony conviction for fraud in 2007 as revealed in a social study done by Harris County Domestic Relations Office ) are present during every session. The judge calls Child Protective Services and they start a 2nd investigation. December 15, 2014 Child protective services “rules out” sexual abuse. Mom and her attorney remain silent. The attorney who is appointed to represent the child, Ms. Barbara Stalder, with University of Houston, tells Michael Busby, James's lawyer to notice her of the hearing, but then will not give Busby a deadline deliver Christmas presents. Well, Ms. Stalder, is out with the school kids, and tells the lawyer to bring them on January 5th 2015. Finally, a response from Pamela Dickson, Michael Busby. "She gives my lawyer, an address to a police station, pretty out of the way, for which I request a change to a police station much closer," says James. Then, more trouble, his wife calls and states that she is not going to do any driving, unless James acknowledges that he will be at the police station. Well, he is already there with the police officer, who closes at 1 p.m. on December 23rd 2014 and tells James "I cannot leave the presents, someone has to take them before I leave." The wife pulls up at 1:05 p.m. in the parking lot, sees James and drives off. James then attempts to then deliver to her lawyers office, at 1001 Texas Ave, suite 600 Houston, Texas 77002, Attention: "Pamela Dickson, for my son, from his father, James McGhee," at 2:30 p.m. He sends a friend who drops them off at Aids to Victims of Domestic Abuse, and then leaves. They follow her to the elevator and tell her she is not welcome here and not to bring gifts for James's son. "I have waited 3 years. I put my faith in god and our judicial system. There will a reckoning. I will have judgment. I stand for all men, who have been wrongfully accused of domestic abuse, my name is James McGhee. “ Says James. Merry Christmas James, our prayers go out for you and your family.
