Epson partners with Lucep and Lifesize to showcase the future of business technology
Lucep invited to Solution & Technology Convention 2014 to demonstrate their Smart Queue Management System
November 23rd 2014, Singapore - Lucep pte ltd a Singapore based technology company joined with Epson and Lifesize at the Epson Solution & Technology Convention 2014, to introduce local businesses to what new technology is available from these three prestigious brands. The event focuses on enhancements that increase productivity, save costs, and enhance collaboration.
Lucep was on hand to demonstrate their Smart Queue Management System, VirtuaQ. The system is part of the company's suite of customer experience management tools that help businesses learn more about their customers. The queue management system was showcased alongside Epson’s TM-T88V-DT new intelligent printer as part of an exhibition of customer service to help illustrate to businesses how to improve their own customer service centers. Lucep has been actively working with Epson on ensuring that their queue management system works seamlessly with Epson products.

Lucep’s queue management system makes use of several of Epson’s innovative products. Firstly, Epson’s brand new range of intelligent printers which has the ability to load the queue management system directly onto the computer within the printer and manage the system from there. Reducing the hardware costs associated with running a smart queue system.
The queue system kiosk was being projected onto a wall using Epson’s EB-595Wi (the world's first 3LCD finger-touch interactive projector) allowing the visitors to interact with it. VirtuaQ, plugs directly into Epson’s barcode and ID scanner allowing for an experience that is shorter and easier for the customer. The smart queue system lets businesses manage their queues in an effortless manner.
