PATTAYA, Thailand -- Friday September 19th the very first Miss International Russia in Thailand was held in the luxurious surroundings of Centara Grand Phratamnak Pattaya, and hosted by luxury property developer Tulip Group.

16 contestants lined up for the evening showcasing the beauty and intelligence of women from the former Soviet Union, in various rounds including evening wear, swimwear and personal style, in front of a specially selected judging panel over 200 guests, and both local and international television and press agencies. The entire event was also filmed by Fashion TV and Pattaya Channel.

Special guest judge was Maeya Nonthawan Thongleng, Miss Thailand World 2014, who graced the event with effortless beauty.

After 2 hours of amazing entertainment, the judges awardedMargarita Stepanova aged 24 the winner.

Mr Jason Payne Tulip Group Vice President, presented her with the Title of Miss International Russia Thailand 2014, a diamond Tiara (donated by Orio Jewelry) and cash prize of 200,000 Thai Baht.

First Runner up and second runner up places were awarded to Miss Olga Delkham and Daria Lozina who received flowers, jewelry and cash prixes of 150,000 and 100,000 Baht.

Tulip Group plan on holding this event annually which is set to become a highlight, on the beauty pageant calendar.
