3. I was exercising today & I had an epiphany at the bench press. I was on my last rep & I couldn't get the bar up. I tried to push a few times, still I didn't get to far. I thought to myself it's not going to move I should just give up. Then I thought about the bar like all the problems we have in life. Do we just give up every time it gets to hard? I took a deep breath & as I exhaled I lifted the bar. Giving up may be easy but having hope & giving something your all is honorable & much more rewarding.
