Mumbai, August 2014 - Gemological Science International (GSI) displayed the amazing collection of incredible Jewellery Designer Laksh Pahuja at IIJW 2014. Laksh Pahuja’s show was a crisp perfectly edited line of 15 pieces comprising the ITAN Jewels collection of seven finely crafted cuffs and bangles in 18K and 22K gold studded with diamonds and coloured stones.
Mark Gershburgwas overwhelmed to support & sponsor Gemma by Laksh Pahuja. For the finale round it was the hair piece inspired by the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai showing a bird’s eye view of the iconic location that ended with a falcon, the national bird of UAE perched on the head of the model. The hair piece weighed one kilo and was created in gold and silver, encrusted with superb rubies, sapphires black/champagne diamonds, cabochon moonstones and coloured enamel work. It was undoubtedly a masterpiece once again created by Laksh Pahuja worthy of being the perfect showstopper.
To appreciative applause Mark Gershburg, CEO, GSI walked down the ramp with jewellery designer Laksh Pahuja and showstopper model Candice Pinto.
The show was a great success and was a delightful experience for GSI to join hands with Gemma.
