The governor-proclaimed week spotlights educators, animal shelters, libraries, humane organizations, sanctuaries, restaurants, businesses, youth, community leaders, decision makers and caring citizens in an action-packed compassionate week of fun-filled activities for the animals in an unprecedented manner!
