BOURNEMOUTH, U.K. -- The survey undertaken by Move’m – a student housing review site – collated information over the past 7 months and has received hundreds of reviews relating to all agents in the Bournemouth area.

Move’m have recently updated their processes and one of the largest features they’ve added is an algorithm to score and rank estate agents based on different categories such as features, response times, houses and ultimately, users’ feedback.

Bournecoast came in second, only beaten to the top by the University’s own accommodation department.

Move’m said: “The information we receive gives us an unprecedented amount of information.

“We are asked on a daily basis who the best estate agents are and, for the first time ever, we are able to answer that question.”

In 2010 Bournecoast celebrated it’s 50th anniversary and has been family run since it’s inception when it was established by Major & June Webb in 1960. Keith Simmons MBE, the previous managing director and Major Webb’s son-in-law, was then joined by his son and daughters, Des Simmons, Veronica Strongman and Anita Smith, who now run the company with a team of eighteen staff.
