FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- On Friday, March 14th the local Brain Trainers at LearningRx Fort Collins will be celebrating Einstein’s birthday and an achievement that all geeks love to celebrate – PI Day! So it’s time to “Get your PI on!” and have fun with math. Shouldn’t we celebrate math more often?
Bill Murray exclaims on his Twitter account every so often – “Another day has come and gone and I still haven't used geometry”. Well that may be true, but the items we rely on every day were made with elements of math and science to perfect shapes, strength, materials, colors and other details. Without math we’d be void of knowledge.
So with this in mind, the staff is offering a fun day to celebrate Pi Day at the LearningRx center in Fort Collins. From 10 – 3 pm there will be exciting games, crafts – all Pi related activities and some refreshments and brain freezes, too! Consider it a combination of learning and fun.
LearningRx is a local brain training center that focuses on cognitive abilities—such as memory, attention, sensory processing, and reasoning. These areas can be strengthened with proper training.
