PATTAYA, Thailand -- Luxury Pattaya property developer Tulip Group has confirmed that final designs for their latest hotel are completed and the main structure of the building is now under construction. Piling was completed last month.

The Centara Avenue Hotel Pattaya is an inner city hotel and will be marketed to both the Tourist and Business sectors.

The property is part of the mixed use development Centara Avenue Residence & Suites which has been under construction for the past 12 months and the entire project should be completed within the next 18 months.

Tulip Group and their creative group of Interior designers have been completing the final touches for the rooms and overall design concept, which is extremely modern, with an underground deep sea cave theme, and will include a huge aquarium in the dining room.

Tulip Group is known for their use of aquatics in their Centara properties, with their most recently opened property Centara Grand Phratamnak, featuring a stunning Predator Tank in the main dining room, Centara Grand Resort & Spa Jomtien which is also under construction will also have a huge Shark Aquarium, built into the onsite water park.
