Extentia Information Technology today unveiled the iHoli application for iPhone. Developed especially for the ‘Festival of Colors’ this year, the app is an innovative way to celebrate, share pictures, and greet family and friends this Holi. Holi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holi) is among India’s popular festivals, and heralds the coming of spring.
iHoli is targeted at Indian communities worldwide, to let them participate in the festival far from home. The app has been developed by iXtentia, the company’s mobile services division.
Splash color on your pictures and share
Take a picture or an existing photo, and splash color on it by tapping the screen. There are several colors and splashes to choose from. Send the ‘Holi’ shot to friends and family or share it online. You can also let others play Holi on your snap. Simply take a selfie and upload it online to invite trouble!

Tap the screen to learn more about the history, origins of the festival, and legends related to Holi.
Send Holi greetings
To send out Holi wishes to family and friends, use the large selection of Hindi and English greeting messages available in iHoli. Take your pick, and paste it into any message medium of your choice.
Find Holi music
The app offers Google search results for popular Holi songs. Simply click to play.
