I messed my knee up ice skating and my Doctor told me that it would not have happened if I was not so “big.” The denial ship had just sailed and as I was sitting in her office, I realized that I had no choice but to make some major changes. It hit me how uncomfortable I had become in my own body. I asked the doctor what to do. She said to be healthier and change my habits.

I read once, “First we make our habits and then our habits make us.” IT IS TRUE! I started to change my habits that night – you can’t delay the start up. I was eating too much food and too much of the wrong food. I used a supplement that help me cut cravings and appetite. It did help me retrain my appetite. When I discovered that it was not good for long term use, I replaced it with a new natural formula called B-lite! Not only did it totally hold my appetite but the day-long energy is it gave me was incredible. A great side benefit is that it is actually very healthy. I got healthy and so can you! Here's how I did it...
FOUR rules I lived by to be healthy and lose weight:
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. And absolutely no carbs or sweets after 7pm!
Drink lots of water all day long. Drink an ounce for every pound you weight. And NO SODA!
Get your heart rate up for 20 minutes a day at least 2 time a week.
Take supplements like b-lite! to give you that extra boost.
