The annual event to educate and create awareness for health care safety is led by the National Patient Safety Foundation.
Each year, health care organizations all over the world participate in the event by creating awareness in the community and utilizing NPSF educational resources among hospital staff and patients. The theme for 2014 is “Navigate Your Health…Safely.”
