PORTLAND, Ore. -- It's a bummer. Zappos has all these great shoes, clothes and things. Of course, people outside of the United States want them. But how are they going to get them? I mean Zappos international shipping isn't offered to its customers.
There is a way.
MyUSA Parcel, a US store international shipping source, has offered to show Zappos global shoppers the same level of service that Zappos does. In that, MyUSA Parcel is offering its highly regarded prompt service and low rates a new customer 10% discount in hopes of hooking them.
But that's not all...
MyUSA Parcel has another great service up its sleeve to offer would-be Zappos customers around the world and that service is called "cash-to-credit" or more commonly, "assisted purchase." "Assisted purchase is a Godsend service for people who want to purchase products from Zappos and other US stores, but whose credit cards are not accepted by the American POS system. This service allows their cash to spend as credit. They shop, we buy and we ship - it's a win-win-win," says Dezra L. Guthrie, company agent.
Zappos may not offer to convert a customer's cash to credit or provide international shipping itself, but MyUSA Parcel can handle that for them.
