This one-day event is a fast-paced training and networking extravaganza in which attendees have the opportunity to learn from and mingle with the best in their industries. Six VPs and top managers were chosen to be guest speakers at the event, and talked about their experiences and stories that shaped them into the outstanding business leaders that they are today. Sales and marketing is an ever-broadening field, and DMS Corp interacted with the fast-paced leaders in their fields, learning the tips, tricks and motivation to keep pushing upward.

With varied leadership and management styles, the choices seemed unlimited as to what each attendee wanted to learn and apply to their own process. No matter the style, there was a business leader for each one, offering their mentorship services to leaders in-training. “It took some guts, but I was able to ask one individual some questions about how to approach my career path in this coming year. They provided so much insight! I’m excited to see what he is able to teach me about developing my own team,” said one DMS Corp attendee.

DMS Corp Celebrates Success and Trains Guests from Portugal

DMS Corp is pleased and excited to broadcast the recognition of a team member who has had a significantly successful year. Awarded with a promotion to Management, Alexio was shown appreciation at the company’s annual Holiday Party. His success is not just beneficial for his career, but for DMS Corp as well. The past year was certainly no exception The holiday party is put on by DMS Corp for its friends, family and team members. For the first time, they held the Annual Party at Showboat (http://www.showboatac.com) in Atlantic City. With fun and friends, the team members of DMS Corp let loose and celebrated another year of achieving goals, pushing through difficulties and learning more than they imagined.

DMS Corp was also pleased to welcome visitors from Portugal, including an office owner, account manager and account representative. The Portuguese visitors flew out to the DMS Corp office to train in the methods used for promoting FW1 Racing Wax. Not only were employees of this company invited to learn new ideas, but also were key players in the set-up of an actual promotional campaign, and were also invited to share their ideas and successes with other participants.

Training is about more than listening, and the visitors from Portugal were able to gain a vast array of knowledge. “Once I came out here to New York and saw the opportunities that awaited me, I knew this is exactly where I wanted my career to go. I am dedicating myself 100% from the first week forward,” one of the visitors stated. The hands-on experience they gained from this event taught them even more than the VPs and top managers in attendance. The visitors found the innovative techniques and energized atmosphere enticing as they enter a whole new world of sales and marketing.
