WEST BLOOMFIELD, Mich. -- The Water Exchange, manufacturer of countertop and under-counter water filters for fluoride reduction, today announced the addition of an all chrome lead free diverter value with each Kangen ionizer pre-filter. This new diverter valve will replace the plastic diverter valve standard with the Kangen SD501 water ionizers. This chrome diverter will last much longer than the one supplied with the Kangen machines.
Countertop pre-filters allow water to be filtered before moving through the ionizer offer cleaner better tasting water. The new chrome valve includes 3 feet of tubing and faucet adapters for easy installation.
Water ionizers are alkaline water machines used to improve the pH of drinking water and produce alkaline water (above 7 pH) which many health experts have endorsed as beneficial. While ionizers do a good job of changing the pH of water, and may remove some contaminants, they don't remove everything, especially fluoride, chloramines, iron, nitrates, heavy metals or arsenic. The Water Exchange is now offering a number of inexpensive add-on pre-filters for delivering contaminant free water to the ionizer.
