Version 11.0 focuses on supporting software development teams in better requirements gathering. A set of new features are introduced to help development teams identify real requirements from project stakeholders in the early phase of product development. These features were designed and developed based on UeXceler, a new software development guideline proposed by Visual Paradigm to aid effective requirements gathering. The following lists out a summary of new features.

Use Case List

Manage use cases in crystal clear list.Use cases can be prioritized and categorized in a way that aligns to user’s business model or process modeling.

Use Case Notes

Quick note taking feature for recording stakeholders’ concerns and needs, during interviews and meetings. Use Case Notes can be further elaborated into flow of events and system requirements.

Requirement List

List out the consolidated and prioritized requirements in requirement list.

Wireframe

Create wireframe to illustrate system screen and flow. This enables stakeholder to realize the final system without having to invest a lot in preparing prototypes or standard screen designs.

Enhanced Flow of Events

Flow of events can now associate with wireframes, to represent scenario-based screen mock up and screen flow.
