Dubai, UAE, December 18, 2013 – Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management (FM) solutions in the GCC, has hosted a leadership program that is part of its ‘Succession Planning’ initiative at Zabeel Saray - The Palm Dubai. The workshop is a significant part of a series of activities specially designed for Imdaad’s senior and middle management teams to ensure a strong succession planning program. The objective of the initiative was to identify and foster inspiring leadership elements through mentoring, coaching and training of the employees that will drive the business towards a positive and a progressive future.
Organized by the Imdaad Human Capital (HC) Team and Acquaint Learning and HR Consulting – a Leading International Human Capital Development Organization, the leadership program began with a half-day Leadership Masterclass by the well-known international motivational speaker Carole Spiers, who is also a guest-broadcaster for British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and a best-selling author. The core topic addressed during the workshop was ‘Managing Pressure to Achieve Organizational Excellence.’ The participants were presented with the Certificate of Participation after successfully completing the training program as well as a personalized copy of Carole’s latest book “Show Stress Who’s Boss”.
