The core topic addressed during the workshop was ‘Managing Pressure to Achieve Organizational Excellence.’ The participants were presented with the Certificate of Participation after successfully completing the training program as well as a personalized copy of Carole’s latest book “Show Stress Who’s Boss”.

Safiya Al Matroushi, Director of Human Capital, Imdaad, said: “The leadership program is part of our Succession Planning program which was organized to synchronize the key areas of the various business units for working seamlessly towards common goals that represents the core values of Imdaad. It provided the HC Team an opportunity to describe a framework for the succession planning process to ensure employees get development opportunities to refine their leadership skills, discover ways to work smarter to improve efficiency, and learn to differentiate between pressure and stress and how to handle them among others.”

Jamal Lootah, CEO, Imdaad, said: “We had organized the leadership program for our senior and middle management to prepare them to handle pressure while fulfilling their professional duties. They have always given appreciative performances, which has been vital in the growth and success of the company. However, the expectations to deliver will increase in the coming future as we prepare for big projects especially Expo 2020. Imdaad continues to remain true to its commitment to develop and provide support for its management team. The program has taught us to remain focused while we learn to handle stress and deliver results even under pressure.”
