Grady Thrasher says the timing for hiring an attorney, “…depends on if they (the buyer) is using a good broker or not. If they are using an experienced broker, then that broker has already made sure their documents are compliant with state and local law and covered the bases.” He goes on to say that “In general you want to contact an attorney early in the process.”
