CHESTER, U.K. -- It looks like Santa could be delivering unique examples of photographic art to some lucky Chester residents this Christmas following the opening of Linden Adams Photography at the city’s Forum Shopping Centre.

For every one of the wide range of pictures on sale at the store, which opened last week, have been taken by Cheshire-based photo-journalist Linden Adams who is also on hand to serve his customers and offer expert advice when they call in to make a purchase.

“We have a really eclectic range of photo pictures for sale covering images of trains and boats and planes as well as motorcycling, an activity that I am personally passionate about,” explained Linden during a break from serving Christmas shoppers.

“Having worked as a photo-journalist for the last decade or so, I relish the opportunity to showcase my work. I had a temporary shop featuring my work in Chester last Christmas and we were incredibly busy right through the holiday period.

“We’ve only just opened here at the Forum, but we have had already had a steady stream of customers coming through the door from day one.”

Nantwich born Linden, who lives in Crewe with his wife Michelle and 15 years old daughter Poppy added:”I believe we really have a picture here for everyone from the landscapes of Great Britain to animals and even the odd portrait.

“Of course motorcycling is heavily featured in my work but we have such a wide variety of themes that I am absolutely sure we have a photo for everyone. Having said that you would be amazed at how many people, particularly the more mature ladies, appreciate the drama and energy of the motorcycling images.”

The Forum’s Centre Manager Mr Lawrence Allen said: “We are delighted to welcome a different type of retailer to the Forum Shopping Centre. Linden Adams will bring lots of different Christmas gift ideas for our regulars to consider.”
