CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- On his second year in Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Riding to Cure Diabetes, Mr. Lee Olive of the personal injury firm in Charlotte, Olive Law Firm, proudly raised $4,450 for the foundation!
JDRF's Ride to Cure Diabetes poses two challenges for riders from across the world: to raise money and awareness about research on the cure for diabetes and to reach a personal training goal for a destination cycling adventure.
Riders from all over the world participate in this ride for a cause because JDRF offers three things for them:
1. Fundraising and mileage options
2. The chance to train with a USA Cycling-certified coach
3. Riding destinations for riders with various fitness levels
The Ride to Cure Diabetes also promises riders an educational and fun-filled weekend as participants all get a chance to join safety seminars, excursions and team building activities.
According to Mr. Lee Olive of Olive Law Firm, participating in JDRF's Ride to Cure Diabetes is an activity all riders are highly recommended to participate in because aside from being fun and healthy, they are also raising funds to find a cure for diabetes.
