LIC HFL now offers Home Loans upto Rs 75 Lakhs at a Fixed Rate of Interest of 10.10 % for a 2 year period under Bhagyalakshmi Plus Scheme and a Fixed Rate of Interest of 10.35 % for a 2 year period under Super Choice Scheme.

Further, Fixed Rate of 11.25 % (upto Rs 75 Lakhs) is offered for a 10 year period and Fixed Rate of 12.25 % (upto Rs. 3 Crores) is being offered for the entire Loan tenure.

There is an option to transfer existing higher rate Home Loans with other institutions at these lower rates as well as special rates.
