W. Richard Lawrence released his debut novel – a cyber-crime thriller that pits morality against greed. Fatal Transaction (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FE6OLYQ/) follows Sara, a streetwise computer hacker who is looking for one last score as a way out of her criminal life. Will she take the money and run or will she give up her freedom to save an innocent man?
Willing to do whatever it takes to survive, Sara finds herself blackmailed into stealing millions of dollars in a credit card scheme. After double-crossing her blackmailer and keeping the money, she is on the run from the FBI. When the friend who helped her is abducted, Sara must choose between paying for her crimes or the freedom of her friend.
Readers of Fatal Transaction (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FE6OLYQ/) give the novel high praise, describing it as “fast-paced and breathtaking,” “gripping,” “hard to put down,” and an “enthralling book with suspense, action, and romance.”
One reviewer wrote “this book is so good that it is difficult to think it is a first book. For this to be the first, the books to be written by this author will be on my to-read list.” Another impressed reviewer wrote “All I can say is wow! This book really surprised me, I couldn't put it down. I know very little about computers and this book is all about codes, computers, and credit card hacking, yet it held my interest.”
Fatal Transaction is available in bookstores, on Amazon.com in paperback and in Kindle edition. The Kindle edition is available for free download on November 13th for one day only at http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FE6OLYQ/
