LONDON, U.K. -- SMi Group (http://www.smi-online.co.uk/) has been granted judgment in its favour against Mr Daniel Levy, Mrs Marta Levy (former employees) and Mr Ilja Bonsen in its High Court case(claim no. HC12C00630) regarding the theft and use of its confidential information.
This High Court claim followed a judgment in the Civil Law Division of the Court of The Hague (case no. 406269) in which SMi was granted a preliminary injunction in December 2011.
On Tuesday, the Court ordered, among other things, a permanent injunction preventing the Defendants from using SMi's confidential information.
