LONDON, U.K. -- The British experts in quality blinds, Deans Blinds and Awnings is introducing another of its new manufactured blinds products, The Deans’ Blackout Blinds.
Deans encased blackout blinds work on the same principal as conventional roller blinds but because the fabric runs within sealed frame total light exclusion is possible with the use of an appropriate specification fabric.
Typical applications will be uses for laboratories, photographic studios and surgical environments. Contrary to expectations blackout blinds need not be black in colour and the same objective can be obtained with more aesthetically pleasing shades.
Where total blackout is not required but significant light reduction is then dim-out blinds are more economical. They use the same fabric but without the side channels. This represents a cost effective solution for presentation rooms and theatres.
