MELBOURNE, Australia -- The Secret Place Club is one of France's most popular music venues. It's stage has been graced by emerging artists from all across France as well as well established musicians. All genres of music are openly welcomed at the Secret Place Club.

Emergenza is the world's largest and most popular rock festival for up and coming, unsigned bands. It hosts events in more than 150 cities across the globe each year. The festival is held in knockout rounds. Bands take to the stage for thirty minute sets. The first rounds are judged by the attending audience. The vote is open and audience members can vote as many times as they want and for as many bands as they choose. The final rounds are decided by a jury panel of professional judges.


Each band hopes to win their countries national finals. All national winners are flown to Germany at Emergenza's expense for the international finals. Emergenza also covers all expenses associated with accommodation and local transportation. The international finals are held each August at the Taubertal Open Air Festival.


During the three days of the Taubertal Open air Festival, bands will have a chance to share the bill with some of rocks biggest legends play in front of 30000 people. The winning band is crowned the "Best Band in the World" and wins a tour, promotion, studio time, musical instruments and so much more.

Four bands will take to the stage at The Secret Place Club for thirty minute sets; rock band The White Box, rock alternative band Red Generation, funky pop band Kenly et Antoine and punk hardcore band 8more8.
