Nuqul Automobiles, the exclusive dealer for Volkswagen in Jordan, has unveiled the new seventh generation Golf GTI, giving fans of the high performance compact sports car the chance to experience the legendary model. The iconic compact sports car is powered by a turbocharged petrol, direct-injection engine (TSI) with 162 kW / 220 HP coming as standard and accelerates to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds, reaching a top speed of 244 km/h.

The sporty DNA of the Golf GTI is suitably reflected in its traditional red-painted brake callipers, two chrome tailpipes and sport suspension. The exterior is complemented with GTI alloy wheels, special side sills, a diffuser and smoked LED rear lights (including LED licence plate illumination). The 6-speed DSG automatic gearbox helps to reach DIN fuel consumption value of 6.01/100 km; meaning that the new Golf GTI offers an 18% improvement in fuel economy compared to the previous model.

Visual highlights in the interior include seats in the trademark tartan pattern (“Clark”) or black leather, a black roofliner and red ambience lighting.
