SparX Business Media, Inc launched the call centre

TORONTO, Canada -- SparX Business Media Inc. http://sparxbusinessmedia.com (http://sparxbusinessmedia.com/) proudly announces that company has expanded its services with the launching of a new call center specialized in radio advertising.

SparX management picked and formed a professional team that has 15 team members, and it mostly consists of people that have long experience in advertising on both radio and television. Call centre team passed detailed training with various tests and before launching it, CEO itself, did the final control of team members’ capability in successfully closing their daily assignments and goals.

Call centre working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, five days a week.

The launch of the call center is part of the company’s regular initiative to evaluate and identify opportunities for strategic growth, according to SparX’s executives.

“We have a long history of meeting the client needs,” said Mr. Canales, chief executive officer. “Our newest call center is there to support and enhance our growth plans by expanding our presence in Canada and wider.”
