Our well-established event on Tenant Engagement takes place at a critical time, providing information on how to support tenants through changes to the regulatory framework and complaints handling, and through the transition of welfare reform. This conference provides practical guidance for housing stakeholders to equip tenants with the skills and knowledge they need to actively take part in the scrutiny process and influence service delivery.
