There have been numerous promotions to the Account Managing department. Included in these promotions are Lyndale Woolcock, Hanssebastian Palacious, Flora Rivera-Smith and Alyssa Brangi. These hard working team members have been loyal colleagues in the past, and have proven themselves to be worthy of their new roles in accounts.

Also on the promotion list is Mathew Freer, who was promoted on the 8th August. Mathew is moving to the Pittsburgh office, where his knowledge, skills and friendly character will be a great addition to the team. The promotion and movement of such hard working members of the OG & Associates team is a sign of a major shift in the company.

We have been expanding rapidly recently, and we are now optimizing the incredibly efficient and hard working team members that we have and moving them into positions where we know they will succeed. The success of the company can be clearly seen in the recent exceeding of their goals during the last two months. For two weeks running, retail teams have been outperforming expectations by huge amounts, pushing their lead counts up to 140 from a goal of 120. This has led to a number of new clients, and has also resulted in a great deal more work for those working with the company. Marketing, sales and lead generation is a tough job, and OG & Associates is making sure they put the right people in the right places. Roadtrips, Networking and New Employees at OG & Associates
As well as a number of promotions, plenty of new faces have arrived at OG & Associates. As people move up, more new team members are needed to help keep up with daily business. The newest members welcomed to the team include Zackary Haiman and Matthew Chmielinski.
Zackary is taking on the role as Account Representative, and will be dealing with the financial side of business. Management have added that he will be an amazing addition to their team, with his determination, hard work and amazing attitude. He is sure to succeed with these responsibilities, and is expected to go far.
Matthew Chmielinski will also be taking on the role of Account Representative, dealing with the same responsibilities as Zackary. Matthew has shown nothing but amazing leadership throughout the last two weeks, management stated recently. He has been striving for the best and the whole team is pleased to be working with him. “Keep up the great work,” management added.
In other news, there has also been an extremely successful road trip, where team members moved to the new sister office in Long Island. This is one of a number of new additions for the company, and Matthew Chmielinski attended the trip on his very first day working with the company. Not only did Matthew meet the goal he was set, but he was also given a great opportunity to network. During his first week in the business, Matthew successfully networked with a wide range of people and made himself known as a hard working, creative individual with initiative. A member of management commented on his performance, saying that they are delighted to have him on board during this exciting time for the company.
