Bestselling Author Alan Jacobson and Norwood Press Launch Kickstarter Project for New Thriller Novel

Alan Jacobson is the national bestselling author of eight critically acclaimed thrillers. His two decades of research and training with the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit, the DEA, the US Marshals Service, Scotland Yard, SWAT, and the military have helped shape the stories he tells and the characters that populate his novels.

"One of the things I love about Norwood Press--aside from the best-in-class product they publish--is John Hutchinson's ability to think differently and try new things. This is extraordinarily rare in the world of publishing,” said Mr. Jacobson. “The No Way Out Kickstarter project is a prime example, as Norwood continues to blaze new trails. This could radically change the way publishers--and authors--reach their readers. I'm watching their Kickstarter endeavor closely, as are many others in the industry."

The Kickstarter campaign aims to raise $15,500 which will fund the publication of No Way Out. Backers are offered a number of unique rewards, such as free e-book stories, signed limited editions of No Way Out, signed 1st editions of other Alan Jacobson novels, and more. The Kickstarter project will run through July 16, 2013 at the No Way Out Kickstarter site.

About No Way Out

When a potent firebomb destroys part of an art gallery in an exclusive London district, FBI Profiler Karen Vail is dispatched to England to assist Scotland Yard in their investigation. But Vail soon discovers that at the heart of the bombing lies a 440-year-old manuscript that holds clues to England’s past—with dramatic political and social implications. The manuscript’s content is so explosive that a group of political radicals is bent on destroying it at all costs.
