LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- T lofts was built 2009 by Jeff Lee and City View. The project is 84 single level and townhouse style lofts in an industrial area of West LA. T Lofts were designed by Withee Malcolm Architects.

Units range from 1 br to 2br and 1,000 square feet up to 2,000 square feet. One really great thing about the T Lofts is the expo line will run right behind it when it is finished. The expo line expansion project is currently half way finished.

T Lofts are Live/Work lofts. Many small business owners prefer Live/Work lofts because they can roll their mortgage payment and business office space lease into one mortgage and its deductible. Live Work lofts are very common in Venice and they are starting to catch on now in West LA also.

T Lofts is very eco friendly. The builder used a number of green building techniques that increase energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact. The roof is coated with reflective material that protects agains solar rays. Low VOC paint was used in the interiors and exteriors. The massive parking garage has 18 plug ins for charging electric vehicles.

Residents love the floating staircase, walk in master closet, and great community amenities. There is an open air lobby, two BBQ's for grilling on the weekends and a spa and gym.

The building has a very liberal pet policy, with no weight restrictions, so if you have a big dog this might be your building.
