Judy DuCharme is this the 2013 Write-to-Publish Conference Best New Writer recipient. DuCharme's book, The Cheeshead Devotional: Daily Meditations for Packer Fans, skillfully ties quotes and facts from Green Bay Packer history to spiritual principles.
