    Beyond Finance Wins Permanent Injunction Against Former Chief Marketing Officer

    HOUSTON, Feb. 6, 2025 - A Texas court granted Beyond Finance a permanent injunction on October 22, 2024, against its former Chief Marketing Officer, Grant Eckert. Mr. Eckert breached his reformed non-competition obligations shortly after Beyond Finance terminated his employment.

    Beyond Finance was represented by Proskauer Rose and McDermott Will & Emery.
