Since the company's inception, Mr. Foy has worked with various agencies and departments, including the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice.
In addition to his work with Eagle Med Solutions, Mr. Foy is a TACMED mentor with the Department of State's Anti-Terrorism Program in Nairobi, Kenya. Alongside his work as an operational training mentor specializing in advanced firearms, operations, and close-quarters battles, he collaborates with multiple anti-terrorism units and oversees various administrative duties. Through his work with the Department, he has also worked with other countries such as Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, and Singapore. During the early stages of his career, Mr. Foy gained valuable expertise as the chief executive officer of Tactical Technology LLC, as medical services supervisor, and safety officer for The O'Gara Group, and as an SME instructor for CACI International.
An expert in his field, Mr. Foy became a nationally registered paramedic through Tidewater Community College and earned an Associate of Arts in general studies from the University of Phoenix in 2012 and a master's certification in applied program management from Villanova University the following year. Subsequently, Mr. Foy received a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice, emergency management, and homeland security from Colorado Technical University. He became a National Safety Council instructor trainer specializing in CPR, AED, and basic and advanced first aid for all ages.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Foy aligns himself with the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians. Outside work, he contributes to his community as a Kenya Paramedic Association board member and a National Rifle Association training counselor. Similarly, he serves on the College of Remote and Medical board. In light of his professional achievements, he received several awards through the military, including the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, a Combat Action Ribbon, and an Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal. Throughout his career, Mr. Foy was honored as Firefighter of the Year in Florida in 2000 and won the Superior Public Service Award from the Department of the Navy for saving an individual's life.
